Hexic HD Not Playing

I have downloaded Hexic HD on the microsoft store and it downloaded correctly to my xbox one but it wont open at all. and when I go to view on microsoft store it shows that the games is not available. but when i go to the microsoft store website the game is listed but it is not on my xbox microsoft store. I have purchaed the games using the same account. Hence it gave me the option to download it directly to my xbox while on the website, But it wont open. it requires me to put in a disc or login with the account that bought the game. But I am already using the same account.

Let's refresh the console's system cache and see if this helps you play the game.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

Most likely Hexic HD for me, I keep going back to it because I love those types of games. Tetris was my most played Game Boy game, Columns was my most played Game Gear game, and I'd reckon Hexic HD was high on the list on the Xbox 360!

search on xbox.com and you will find it, purchase it there and it will show in your download list on the xbox one.
