Hexic HD cannot be played on XBOX ONE S

I am a fun of Hexic HD old game. It is listed as compatible with XBox One, but when I try to play I got an error from MS store code 1 - try again later. I purchased it (it is free) to my account, I also have it on my XBox 360 (stored locally on the disk
console), but cannot find/play on XBox one. Not on a list of my games, anyway.

Can't download Hexic on Xbox One

Hi RoY,

this is probably because Hexic was on your drive when you bought your xbox.... which means its not tied to your account and therefore doesn't appear on your xbox one.

To fix it head to
this page, sign in and 'buy it' - its free - it will then be tied to your account and should appear on your xbox one.

Sorry to hear it. If you cannot find the game in the ready to install list of my games and apps then try to find it in the store on the console and add it that way.

Most likely Hexic HD for me, I keep going back to it because I love those types of games. Tetris was my most played Game Boy game, Columns was my most played Game Gear game, and I'd reckon Hexic HD was high on the list on the Xbox 360!

Let's refresh the console's system cache and see if this helps you play the game.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.
