    When the community goal is reached for the power-ball bingo, you must claim your own rewards!

    1. Click on MENU; Upper left corner

    2. Scroll down and click on SOCIAL

    3. Scroll down and click to claim your keys

    Do they expire if you don't collect them right away? It doesn't matter if I click on the social tab at the bottom of the screen or if I get to the social page from the menu (you end up at the same place no matter which way you do it), the only thing that
    ever shows up are the gifts from my friends. I've spent thousands of coins buying keys because I haven't gotten the community goal even once in the last 4 or so months.

    How to claim reward?

    Hello Mimi V! I'm Annanda and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    There are two ways you can do that.

    On Microsoft Store:

    1. In Windows search bar search for Microsoft Store and open it

    2. In Microsoft Store application homepage, click into Library.

    3. In Library, select " Included with device " and then you will able to see Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to Claim.

    On Xbox App:

    1. Search for the Xbox App on Windows Search and open it ( download it if you do not have it already )

    2. In Game Pass page, clicking " GET GAME PASS "

    3. Then you will see the notice about " You’ve got free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate " Click " CLAIM NOW " to claim it.

    If there are promotions available for you, you should see them from there.

    I believe that you are unable to redeem the rewards due to your account being a child, ask your account guardian to activate the exceptions or claim the rewards.
