    Casual Games FAQ section for some basic steps to try first. If those don't work, check out the this link regarding
    Error Codes and How to Fix Your Game for some further steps.



    In the meantime, could you also provide us with the following information as well? This will help us when we look into the issue.



    • Region
    • Device
    • Mobile? (Y/N)
    • Operating System
    • Wired or Wireless connection


    Additionally, providing us with a screenshot of your computer's DXDiag will help a bunch. You can press the 'Windows' key on your keyboard and type in 'dxdiag' and it should pop up. If you need further
    assistance with this step, you can find instructions
    here    .

    Hello,

    Lately, I have problems with my window Forza Horizon.

    The 18 locations are used my window. I want to make room in the game but when I do the next action, I get an error message.

    My action:

    I press Start -> Fashion Photo -> Photo Share -> Shared Photos -> I select my picture and I click on "remove"

    The error message:

    "Failure of the transaction. Try Again"

    The problem is the same regardless of the photo I choose the 18. In addition, I do not see how the household other than through the game?
