Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

Then, please, power cycle your console.

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

I'm not hep to this avatar stuff,but how is having a blue avatar considered modding? Isn't it a simple click to change your avatar color? He said he saw a vid on youtube and did it,never knowing he could be banned for it.

If it doesn't look like the picture above, then it's not a Series S. You most likely have a One S (you can also verify on the back of the console). That game was not released for the One so it won't work on that console.
