    Hello, it’s been 4 days and nobody from Microsoft will help, this is the second time Iv gone round in circles and ended up here and this is the only place where there might be a chance of speaking to someone, I have an issue with an account on my Xbox , iv tried every link and every virtual assistant option, please can someone help me find a way off Microsoft talking to me, I fine this quite sad, because if I was and elderly person I wouldn’t stand a chance, please help me

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
