Help?

I have a controller that does not work properly.



I sent it in for repairs. It came back. It is still not functioning properly.



I went to start another work order, and I am being forced to pay $46 for parts that I don't need. This is not an option.



I tried to use the virtual assistant for help.



I keeps asking me to log in even though I am already logged in. Then it wants me to restate my problem.



Finally, it asks me to try and request a replacement. This link however, is broken. Error 404.



I then asked for a callback. They hung up on me three times.



I somehow found a link that was not broken for the request for a replacement. I entered the serial number, and it sent me to the device page where I started, asking me to pay $46 for parts that will not fix this controller.



Please help.
