    My Younger brother keeps using a app to shut off my Xbox one. I tried resetting my Xbox one but when I was putting in my settings he did it again. I tried talking to my friends one who owns a Xbox one and a ps4 the other a ps4 only. The PlayStation only
    friend told me about how there is a way to hardlock your Xbox so nothing outside my Xbox can mess with it. But the problem is that I don't even know what app hes using. I Know that he could be using a Microsoft based app, or any number of unlinsensed Xbox
    related apps. All i Know is that as long as we have wifi and my Xbox he can use said app to screw with me. And he does it whenever I'm trying to play with a friend i know irl. And we only have two hours a day to play. So question how can I hard lock my Xbox
    one so he can't keep screwing with me and raising my already high stress levels.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
