    Hi

    On my xbox one console i have over 2-300 friends today i have 0 and it is telling me to add suggestions.. this has happened before (about 2 months ago), i had to restore to factory default and so on.. how can i fix this???

    Also alot recently i play xbox i go away for a few hours, I come back on and no of my games load i always get the (this is taking to long to load) error code. Which then i have to restart my console just to load a game..

    Please help any suggestions will be much appreciated

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).

    You need to provide more information. What error do you recieve when you try to sign in?
