please could you help me? I bought two games jul the 1st during the xbox live rewards operation, but i'm Stiller waiting to receive my credits ( yet we're the 7) is it normal?

See I was confused on that as well. Multiplayer or pro tournaments? I have no experience on the latter. Doubt my 1.24 kdr is enough to go pro lol

 

What offer are you looking for credits from?

 

I'm talking about one of those special operations where one will get extra credits for a certain amount spent.

I spent 54€ into games so I should get something like 5,000 credits (the reward started from 46€ spent)

I'm yet to receive those credits

 

So the History of Rewards offer then (turnaround time can vary depending on the offer). It should take about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after you complete each part of that offer, so support will double check that everything was eligible and
they'll post back here.
