I still have have points pending from 10/31/2016. Plus I asked for a early deposit and never received it.

Thanks for both replies. Well I've gone and looked at the contacts on the bottom of the neck, and every single one has a black dot on it!

What do you think I should do? Is it possible to clean these dots myself, or do I have to return it? Perhaps there's a helpline I can call to order a new one?

It depends on how many credits you have pending. Credits are only set up for an automatic deposit after you have at least 5,000 pending. If you have less than 5,00, and requested a deposit between November 21 and December 11, they will be deposited on December
15. Credits are deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

We only do scheduled deposits in the middle and end of the month. Depending on when you asked for your early deposit, it may not have been able to be scheduled and processed in time for your expected deposit date. As Smwutches says, we only schedule deposits
automatically at 5000 or more Credits. Based on the dates of your Credit events, I do not foresee any issue with you receiving your deposit in the mid-December deposit cycle.
