    hi all ...I just bought a game which also included a load of add ons and after I go past the screen where I have to select my profile this comes up ( installed downloadable content has been deleted.returning to title screen.) help

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    After that check if the game is fully downloaded (and add ons are installed) via My Games and Apps.

    If it's still downloading or not everything has downloaded please start the download if not already running and wait for the download to complete.

    If everything is downloaded please try to start the game again, if it isn't working after fully being downloaded I suggest removing the game (Uninstall) do another power cycle, download something else like a Demo and then download the game again.

    When finished try to start the game again.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
