    Hi,

    my friend from the USA just bought me 10$ xbox gift card, i went to redeem it on my xbox then it said that its from another region... so i went on my microsoft account and redeemed it and it worked but now i cant use the money to buy my fortnite starter
    pack, like it says on my account that the money is there but when i go to buy something it just doesnt work

    pls help and ty

    See I was confused on that as well. Multiplayer or pro tournaments? I have no experience on the latter. Doubt my 1.24 kdr is enough to go pro lol

    Gift cards will only work in the region they were created for. So if it was a gift card from the US, you could only use it if your account is set for the US.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
