    i did pre command call of duty world at war 2 full digital deluxe edition like 4-5months ago when the cod as been release , but a the beginning of the week 150$ passed through my paypal for call of duty but i already paid it months ago , so it passed twice
    i think ,impossible to contact any kind of support since , thanks

    See I was confused on that as well. Multiplayer or pro tournaments? I have no experience on the latter. Doubt my 1.24 kdr is enough to go pro lol

    You may want to double check your Paypal again. If you preordered digitally using a credit card/Paypal. you're not charged until just before the game releases. If you preorder using currency from your Microsoft account balance, it's taken out immediately.
    If your Paypal does show you've been charged twice, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support

  5. I would suggest to check you paypal or your order history on http://account.microsoft.com. The reason is for digital games Xbox does not charge you until a couple days before the game releases. Its much more convenient if you decided to cancel your preorder
    this way. After you check you paypal, if in fact you were charged twice you can call xbox customer support and they will be able to take care of it.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
