    HELP!


    I am trying to log into my old account I made 14 years ago. My mom filled out like half the information for me, her email phone number, and credit card. I now the email. I think aI know the password (now that I'm locked out for too many failed trys) (it
    might be all lower case) As for the form you have to fill out I am not sure if it is her name or mine, I used a fake birthday at the time I think (I was a child) I cant fill out forms for 24 hours for to many codes have been sent. If I used her name its hyphened
    (-) so IDK if she used both last names or just one. I might have used my name. I'M not sure if the name on the account would be case sensitive or not.

    Tech support has said the only chance is a serial number off my old 360 which I threw away. I Know everything except maybe the password to begin with so what are my options. Do NOT tell me I am out of luck this is ridiculous.

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
