Hello, I have a problem with my account on gears of war 4 I do not know what the problem is from this error I can not connect to the gears of war services but this problem only does with my main account while with the second i can play

So, playing on xbox one i have the disk the mistake it gives me and this '' impossible to connect gears of war '' I've already tried to ask on the gears of war forum but they told me to ask xbox support
