I bought Borderlands 2 Season pass for me and my husband's Xbox ones. It's not showing either of us that we have the content from it. It's backward compatibility, anyone else having this problem?

Having the same problem, looked everywhere and kept going in the same path with- "buying on 360 shows on One" but not the other way round... you'd think they'd put a disclaimer in the description of the Xbox One store pass.

 

Sorry to hear it. Please try hilighting the game from the Xbox One dashboard and press the start button. Then select manage game and go to the ready to install list. Any content that may be available for the game should be listed there. If not then try
downloading season pass content from within the game menu itself.

 

Hello, unfortunately I've tried installing from the in-game menu but it comes up with the xbox 360 market price window, managing games through Xbox One doesn't seem to work either, not showing up any extra content that the season pass should provide- but
the season pass itself (which has been purchased through xbox one market) does show on the management of the game.

 

Ok, but did you try the first step? Highlight the game from the Xbox One dashboard (home screen) and press the start button on the controller. Choose Manage Game then go to Ready to Install. The content may be listed there.

 

I'm having this problem too. Every time I check back into the download section of BL2 it's different every time. I have tried re-installing the season pass, and still the problem persists.
