    HELP


    Hi I'm having an annoying recurring error/glitch in Microsoft Solitair Collection for a while now and was hoping it would be resolved with the recent Updates, but alas.

    My problem seems to occur whenever I get a popup with bonus points, like in Pyramid & TriPeaks when I complete a stack or layer a popup appears with "500 points", "1000 points" or whatever and then the game automatically starts all over again, or in some cases
    closes Microsoft Solitair Collection automatically. When the game restarts and I get to the point where my problem first occurred the game freezes like for a sec, the popup is displayed with the amount of points I gained but instead of closing down or restarting
    the game I can somehow continue but now my screen flickers with every card I turn, or move I make. My screen goes black, then goes back to show my current playing field and with each move I make it goes black again, and so on...

    I've tried to restore the Windows Store, un- & reinstalled Microsoft Solitair Collection (MSC), deleted all possible MSC Reg keys, ran several Troubleshooters, sfc/scannow, dxdiag.exe (No errors) but nothing seem to cure my problem... Can anybody help me out
    please?

    PS I have Windows 10 Pro fully up to date...

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
