***HELP***

Okay so for over a month now I have not been able to play ANY of the backwards compatibility on Xbox One. I was always able to play it until I visited family in Washington. I took my Xbox with me and the moment I hooked it up I tried playing GOW 3. And it
would automatically disconnect me from Xbox Live even though I never lost connection. On GOW 2 it would ask me to sign in again, but the gamertag it showed was my old gamertag. So I'm assuming that's the issue. (I did change my gamertag 2 times in Washington).
One of the xbox 360 games said to delete then reinstall. I did that to every single game and nothing. I also removed my account from both the xbox 360 and xbox one. On the xbox 360 it did in fact have my old gamertag. As soon as I redownloaded it, it went
to my new gamertag. I turn on the xbox one to test some of the backwards compatibility games.... AND NOTHING! What else should I do?? I'm clueless up to this point.

Should I be using Hyperspeed...

Hyperspeed is handy for 5* the lower difficulties makes it less of a borefest :boring:

It can also be good help with beating hard songs. drop a song you cant do on hyperspeed 1 and play it for a while then drop back to normal speed and itll seem much slower and you may do better :smashin:

 

Have you tried setting your current xbox one console as your xbox home for your old account?

 

I mean.. It's all one account though? Like shouldn't all the data and memory transfer over? If not, then how do I do that? Because I was able to plau the games before I took the Xbox to Washington. When I got to Washington it made all the accounts on the
Xbox to resign in. After that ia when I realized the xbox 360 games stopped working. The only solution I have to fix the problem would be to reset the xbox completely. But I would have to reinstall ALL 11 games which will take almost 2 days.. And I don't want
to have to do that. Resetting the xbox would be my last resort if I can't find another solution

You can perform a factory reset without losing all your games and apps. When you go to Settings - System - Console Info and Updates, you will see Reset Console or something of the like. When you select it, you will have two options: keeps my games and apps
and delete everything. Just make sure the keep my games and apps box is checked and you won't have to reinstall anything.

Let's go ahead and try these steps to clear the Xbox 360 storage cache and see if that helps.

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
   
   Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
   
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All settings.
4. Select System and then select Storage.
5. Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.
6. Select Yes and restart the console. This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.
   

Let us know if you're still seeing the issue after the console restarts!
