    hey guys heres my problem i deleted my parent account and cant get it back so my settings are set to child and I cant make purchases or buy xbox live it really makes me mad when i try to play a game and my xbox live runs out so instead of buying one right
    on the spot i have to wait to go to the store to get a new. So I go to the store and look at the cards there i see a xbox card that says gift card on it so i buy it. I get home put in the code and then everything is fine i go to buy xbox live with THE GIFT
    CARD I JUST BOUGHT and it says do to child settings i cant buy xbox live so not only i cant play my game i just wasted 25 dollars on this stupid thing ive had to many problems honestly i might just switch to PS4. PLEASE HELP

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    If you deleted your parental account bud (as in the email), then go to the email providers website, re-create the same email with the same or different password, then relogon on, and change any panretal settings that you need to, to be able to access the
    account fully.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
