    so I just got the game dying light and I download it and start it up right?! And then it plays the usual logos and stuff the I press start THIS IS GOING TO BE AWESOME i

    Said then it just sits there with a blank screen help me tell me if you know how to fix this

    It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

    HELP!!!!

    Try and restart the Xbox and see if that helps.

    If not, delete and reinstall the game and try again.

    This happened to me not to long ago, only it happened with a different game. I fixed it by turning off the XBOX ONE and unplugging it from the back for a couple of seconds and after the did the reboot, the game loaded up perfectly fine.

    However it did have a physical (disc) copy of the game. I don't do digital. But I think a hard reset (unplugging the console) has the same affect.

    tryed that just reinstalled the game again i know those triks but i think its the disc or the xbox i dont even know anymore screw microsoft they havent even looked at my other post on the support fourms

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
