HELP!!!

Whenever my son tries to play a combat game online, it tells him that his gamer tag has cannot access this content is not authorized. He has NO restrictions on his account for content but this is a free trial. TIA!!

You probably will have to format it first using a PC, I had the same issue, it would only show up as media storage, went to my PC, followed a few steps off of google, and BOOM, it worked.Click to expand...

What kind of hard drive? Do you have the media player app installed on your Xbox? And have you formatted it to your computer already?Click to expand...

It's a WD My Book 4 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive with Backup. Yes a have a media player app installed on my Xbox. No i have not formatted to my computer.

free trials are for only online play and usually for games that it came with you will still need a gold account to have full access to all that Live provides.
