    When you send a game to a friend as a gift, you can not redeem the code. It says this: Contact the seller to get a code that works in your region.

    This code was purchased in another region and can not be redeemed.

    Hi there,

    do as it is mentioned, the code was purchased in a different region, gifting only works within the same region.

    All that can be done is that the seller contacts Xbox Support to see if they can get a refund for the gift.

    Contact needs to be done via PHone (or Microsoft Support Chat) they are the only ones able to process refunds etc.

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
