    I spent money for a gamertag change on the 30th December 2017 and I would like a refund as someone hacked into my account by Skype so I got a new Xbox one and change my email to my account and my information

    See I was confused on that as well. Multiplayer or pro tournaments? I have no experience on the latter. Doubt my 1.24 kdr is enough to go pro lol

    You cant be sure that you get your Refund help!!! :) couse when you press something like Buy and it say ( THERE IS NO REFUND)

    i suggest try to talk with XBOX Employers help!!! :) maybe they open a case for you to help

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
