HElp. Xbox one. xbox live works but games/apps dont connect to servers

hi. I can connect to xbox live. Everything seems fine when i try the speed test on the in built browser. I am getting speeds about 65 mbps up and 30 mbps down. I cant seem to connect to the servers for apex, fifa 19, destiny 2 and netflix.

Steps I have done to fix this in no particular order

hard reset xbox and router.

delete and re-add my account.

reset my router to default settings

clear MAC address.

USe the DNS servers of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

My current detailed network settings:

NAT open. under cone nat

down speed 10345 mbps

up speed 25.82

packet loss 0%

mtu 1480

latency 138 ms

i am connected via wifi. it was working fine this afternoon and for the last 2 years.

also i tried downloading games in the background and that seems to work fine.

Update:

Party chat doesn't work either.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums Community for advice on what to do when faced with this issue.

I can totally see how that could not having problems with games connecting to servers on a gaming console could be frustrating. If you haven't yet, and the troubleshooting steps have not helped, I would try what we call a soft factory reset of the console.
It's a soft reset that does not uninstall any of your games and apps. Just make sure that you have the sign in information for any of the gamertags on your Xbox, follow the steps outlined in

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One, and select the option denoted
reset and keep my games & apps.

When you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

Since then i tried a different game. Forza horizon 4 and i can log in. I tried a different xbox and atill cant log into apex. Im guessing ea servers are down again?

Have you tried unplugging your router and waiting 30 seconds before you plug it back in?

I have two xbox consoles with two different accounts. One account is now working but the other is still not connecting to the game servers. Apps can be used but can't connect to game servers.
