Help, xbox one s all digital can’t connect to wifi but cable

My xbox one S all digital can’t connect to wifi after turn off, but I tried with cable is work well.

I tried to restart router and restart console but it still doesn’t work

Then I reset console and it connect wifi since set up but after turn off console and turn on again it happened again, impossible connect to wireless network.

Anybody know how to fix it or my console have hardware problem?

Hi AnhNg,

I would recommend you follow the steps in the Xbox One Connection and Network Solution. Hopefully if there is an issue, this will help identify
it.

if this does not work, you may need to consider there may be a hardware fault and get in touch with Device service and replacement regarding a service/repair under
warranty (if still applicable). If you are no longer covered by a warranty, there will likely be a fee for repair.

Hello ItsFocusMjYT, Is your Xbox One S connected to the internet via WiFi or network cable, if it is via WiFi have you tried turning it off and connecting it via netowork cable?

I unplugged all the power and it did not fix the problem. My Xbox one s is using WiFi. There is no error code when it fails to connect, it just times out. I can’t play any 360 game without a profile and it doesn’t seem to want to download.
