Help XBOX ONE account/recovery of account

Hello again, yes you can contact support via chat, but really if you don't remember which email owns your games they won't be able to help you.

As for having multiple accounts on Xbox One consoles, yes it's possible because you may have more family members using your console, if you're asking about a limit of accounts on a console, I can't tell you for sure, Microsoft was clear at this point.

No pii laws prevent it

You must fill out the form as best you can

Should be noted you need device Id on any account you sign into

Also you can try and recover the account email but your going to need to pass pii

Hello GethWho, by your description all your games were purchased in this account you do not remember the email, do not know how many accounts were created but if they were in the console and were used to buy the games, DLC's etc you will have to remember at least the email of the account so that they can recover it.

As for physical games there is no such problem because the game license is on the CD, so the game runs on any account that is on your Xbox.

When to your second console, it looks like it has its own account and has Live Gold subscribed, in case if the purchase history appears empty it is because there were no game purchases on this account.

Note: Minecraft was purchased on this account or another account, because users recently had to migrate Minecraft accounts to Microsoft.

I was wonder if I got someone on a chat/call who could work from my details, but I have been fearing it would be "find the original email address". Stupidly, (for this) I have a lot of different email addresses, so I guess I need to try each different one for reset, and try and create profiles that way,

Do you know if I can have multiple profiles on XBOX? I'll be googling tonight when off work... but in case there is an easy answer on that

I built up list of my email accounts, went through them all, and finally found the right one. I've been able to reset so everything has been sorted now.
