    HELP - XBox Live Purchase Check Failure


    Every time when I logged into Fortnite, it shows this error

    XBox Live Purchase Check Failure

    An error has occurred while querying purchases; purchased content may be temporarily unavailable.

    I tried to clear the network card and game cache according to this thread, but it did not help. I can't make any purchases. The purchase always fails with an error.

    try clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.
