(Help) xbox live is not available on consoles in your region

Hello! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community, not a Microsoft employee. Hope you are doing well!

Since it is working on your Xbox one console and you are also in a region where Xbox live is supported, it could either be that the 360 consoles region is different from what you have on your Xbox profile.

Can you try checking via https://account.xbox.com/en-gb/Settings/Home to see if your region is set to the correct one as well? Just go to the 360 account region and check if it is correct. Note: it will take 3 months before you can change your region again if ever you changed it today.
