    [Help] Xbox Insider Help with Update E102 Error and E101


    I have the 102 error I cant reset my console it'll prepare, reboot into troubleshooting. I can not offline update as my OS Version is on 2006.200604-0000. I already tried and it keeps saying error 101 which is failed update. What can I do to fix this? I have hard reset and as far as I know ive unenrolled. It shows on my other xbox no consoles on manage devices. Would it help if I closed my account?

    Thank you for your reply. We have done that and it goes right back to the error screen with with a new error code we have had e106 e102 e101. E101 is the last one we got after doing the offline update
