Help xbox app message not working

    my xbox app us not working right. I tried sending message but it's not working. Is it just me or you guys having problems too? I downloaded xbox app on my 2 other phone and it still doesnt work.. Everytime i sent a message the app would just crash and
    not send any message

    Messages don't show up in app anymore

    My Xbox messages don't show up in the app anymore and when I select that location in the app the entire app freezes. It was working before the latest update. Please help.

    Error loading messages

    Anyone else having trouble loading messages on Xbox One App or on PC? i can't get mine working. Had to redownload Xbox 360 Smartglass just to message from my phone. Please help! it really is annoying not being able to use the Xbox One app. All it does is
    "act like its loading" with the thing spinning around.

    i'm having the same issue on my android phone with the app. I also can not join any open chat parties. I can join them if i'm invited but sometimes i can not hear anyone and they can not hear me.

    Hi!

    Sign out of the Xbox app, and then sign back in.

    If you need help, you don’t need to go very far. Support for specific app issues can be found right in the app under the Profile tab. Select Settings > Support & feedback to get help, along with up-to-the-minute Xbox online status.

    I uninstalled the app and installed the Xbox Beta App instead and it now works. Good luck.
    Tried that. Did not work.
