    Hey everyone, i been trying to fix this issue but I couldn’t… Xbox app was working perfectly fine but all of sudden it stopped working and keeps showing this black screen with logo for like 30sec then the app closes by itself, i tried reset-uninstalling/reinstalling-repair-check from the xbox site for the issue and NOTHING WORKKEEEDD!!! if you know whats the issue exactly and why it happened and how to fix it pls lmk

    What games are you trying to play? Are those games from Xbox app?

    Are you sure the screen it's turning off and not just being black? Usually games will go to a black full screen and then the game/developer logo/intro

    Stuck on My Games and Apps screen and can't go to the home screen

    I not even sure that it's the preview program at all. My screen now loads up to a blank black screen after the my games and apps logo repeatedly pops up and disappears till it finally disappears completely to a blank black screen. It only shows the logo
    and none of my games and it also showed me sign in.

    xbox app on pc crashes during launch

    it appears to crash while still in the black screen with the logo and no message. i did notice a background process for xbox that shared the same logo for the app. so now idk if its actually crashes or being forced into a background process.
