    Help! Wordament level and maps reset in Android phone?!


    Hi!

    I was having sync issues with Wordament on my new Android phone. I would have to uninstall the app and/or clear all data in order to be able to open the app at all. Otherwise it was getting hung up on the cloud sync.

    Now I discovered that my level and my maps have been reset to level1 / map1. My achievements (22) and gamerscore (895) are still visible in my xbox account.

    How can I recover my actual progress to my new phone?

    Uninstalling & reinstalling the app and signing in again has not worked.

    Problem has been going on for over a year.
    I have never been able to long in with my Xbox account to sudoku, but i have been able to log into Solitaire, Wordament and Mahjong
    I have uninstall, reinstalled, cleared cache, deleted data, reset phone, also got a new phone but unrelated and waited for an update in the play store to try.
    They are, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Android 13.

    IRB is correct with this. The Android/iOS versions do not sync with the PC version of Wordament.
