Help with XOXO credit

We can confirm an issue with your TV Season purchase, and have corrected that error. You should see the missing progress and subsequent completion of Quick Flings shortly. However, keep in mind that new activity takes up to 96 hours to be processed, so your
Movie purchases have not yet shown up as progress. We see that we have recently taken in your purchases on the 25th and are processing them. However, keep in mind that that offer requires $40 to complete. So far, we have only received 4 eligible movie purchases,
which add up to $34.96.

The XOXO offer does not award credits just for playing and earning achievements in the games. You only receive credits for purchasing the games. If you think you've spent enough to complete some of the offer, you'd want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions
forum in order for support to check your purchases.

After investigating your purchases, it looks like your purchase of Sisters (Unrated) was not included. We will adjust your account for completion of that offer, and you should see the Credits pending by the end of next week.

We rely on partners to provide their product listings for our offers. It looks like while the normal version of Sisters was included, the Unrated variant was not sent. We will still honor this purchase, since it was likely their intent to include all products.
