    I've never done this so I'm not sure if I'm ever gonna get help but I've got a serious problem with my xbox one. I own an original xbox one and recently I've been having a problem with the disc drive, it's not grinding the disks to hell, but it's making
    a weird click wherever it attempts to read the disc. This would be an easy fix if it wasn't for the fact that it's super inconsistent with it not working. If I could send a video this would be so much simpler but for now this is all I can do

    Yes changing the password would fix this problem the easiest place to do this at would be account.live.com

    If you select store from the dashboard then select Browse all games the option to use a code is on the top right of the page.

    Use xbox accessories app, troubleshoot your controller,

    If your controller is still in warranty and troubleshooting hasnt worked, i would put in a ticket with Support for a repair.

    If its out of warranty unfortunately its likely to be buying a new controller.
