Help with xbox one

I have a question. I just want to make sure I'm correct.

My ex has my account logged in to his xbox one. We are no longer together. How would I resolve the issue to were my ex won't be able to access my account nor my information. Would a password change fix this? If so, can I do this by using the xbox app?

Have you tried the headset on a different controller? It might be a controller issue.

Help with Xbox one headset

I have a Xbox1 head set that I can't hear any audio out of when plugged into my controller. However when I plug the headset I to my phone the audio works. I tried testing it out on the Skype app and it detected a issue with my headset. Not sure what my problem
is, is my headset just broken or am I missing something ?

Yes changing the password would fix this problem the easiest place to do this at would be account.live.com

If you select store from the dashboard then select Browse all games the option to use a code is on the top right of the page.

Use xbox accessories app, troubleshoot your controller,

If your controller is still in warranty and troubleshooting hasnt worked, i would put in a ticket with Support for a repair.

If its out of warranty unfortunately its likely to be buying a new controller.
