    hi, so just now I got an enforcement notice concerning my custom gamerpic. But I’m confused, my gamerpic was of an anime girl that had no nudity or anything lewd or improper at all. It was just a pic up close of her face all starry eyed with hearts in her
    eyes like she’s in love

    It isn’t the first time my gamer pic has been reported by other players that assume it’s lewd. But my pic was approved 6 weeks ago before I even was able to post it

    So how do I appeal this and get my pic back??

    Any help appreciated

    Hey, i'm sorry but the phone support know little about enforcement actions. You can check for enforcement actions on your account at enforcement.xbox.com

    The phone support or chat support can't help with enforcement actions you need to open a thread at the enforcement appeal thread.

    If you got banned, read this!

    If you have been banned, the ONLY way to submit an appeal is at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com    .

    Console bans, LFG enforcements, and 24 hour communication suspensions cannot be appealed.

    Enforcement does not have a phone number (as far as I know. Please let me know if there is)

    Enforcement doesn't use the forums so don't bother posting, just go to the website above.

    If anyone still creates a post, they will be met with the following Copy Paste reply: To submit an appeal, you'll need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com.

    Hello! I have tried that but I’m unable to click anything on said page because the pop up notification saying I have an enforcement will not go away... this isn’t fair at all there is no way to appeal this..

    How do I contact Xbox Safety Enforcement regarding my child's suspension? I can't find a way to do it.

    The only place to review enforcement is here:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

    If the offence is appealable, then you will find an appeal button by the offense...however, I believe permanent suspensions aren't generally appealable (but I could be wrong)

    The only way to contact enforcement is via an appeal..normal customer support won't be able to help as Enforcement are a self-contained department.

    First you can't appeal an suspension with support they have nothing to do with enforcement

    Second once your acocunt is banned and year appeal is denied. You have to wait out your suspension unless indefinite

    You can only appeal at Enforcement

    If you are on a shared xbox console then use a different profile.
