Try using a different method of verification attached to the account. If there is none or it doesn't work simply contact Microsoft. Once you call you can verify certain account credentials with them and they can reset it for you instantly! Best of luck!

1. By Phone Number

2. By Email

3. By using the Microsoft authenticator app.
