    Help with Xbox account that has left the insider program but still is getting insider features


    I was a couple weeks ago invited to join the alpha-skip-ahead program, I tried it out for a couple of days but soon left back to the public build. However, my Xbox account is still seeing alpha skip ahead features such as new guide menu and slight dashboard changes and my Xbox console still has console streaming available on it.

    I have so far tried to do a factory reset, tried the offline reset with OSU1 using a thumb drive, removed my accounts and everything. I finally tried to leave the Xbox insider program altogether and closed my insider account however I am still seeing daily alpha-skip ahead changes on my Xbox account and even though I am on the public build I am still seeing console streaming.

    Is there any way to fix this issue? I have tried Xbox support and they sent me here

    I left the Xbox Insider Program by closing my account there.

    Still the same behavior, no app launch.

    Yeah, once the account that left insider program do it, the console get back to the normal system.

    So yes, quitting insider account means deleting the Xbox console to it

    Thank you for the feedback. Previously, you could choose "Include my audio". I believe you still can through the Game Bar on PC, but right now the console no longer has that ability. Those privacy options are specific for speaking to others Gamers outside of Xbox live.

    When you leave the insider program, your Xbox can take 10 min in average to recognize that you left the program
