Help with Xbox 360 profile

instead of trying to create a profile, you will need to try and download the profile.

Please, clear the Xbox 360 cache data.

Press the Xbox Guide Button > Settings > System > Storage Devices > Clear local Xbox 360 storage > Yes.

Restart your console.

Afterward, launch the game and attempt to download your profile again.

If you have never logged on your xbox 360, then chances are your account is not on there. Follow the instructions on here

I'll start with game pass. That will not work on the Xbox 360, as it is Xbox One only. So you will need to get a refund for the subscription, since you cannot use it.

As for your account, try redownloading it to your console again. That might help.

Got it. To refresh your account data, please redownload your profile. Make sure to choose only "Delete Profile Only".
