    Help with Xbox 1 s


    can any one help had an Xbox one for a year and it’s been running fine until a few weeks ago and now my tv won’t register that it’s plugged in and just says ‘no signal’ if any one noes what to do it would be really helpful. I’ve tried resetting it and that
    but it won’t work?

    can i set up my sons xbox 1 s to an older tv with no hdmi via hdmi converter box??? someone please help!!

    Xbox 1 S Help

    Have you checked the video settings?

    It has been known for them to turn settings like 4K, HDR etc off which could affect the picture.

    If that's ok then check your TV settings just to make sure all settings are correct.

    If all ok there I'd suggest a call to either or both Xbox Support and the Support folks of your TV maker.

    Hi, did you try using a different HDMI cable? Do yo have a different HDMI port on your tn that you can try?

    Is the console getting power? Is it turning on?

    Xbox 1 is not a PC it's a console. It runs on 3 operating systems an Xbox OS, Windows Kernel, and a Hypervisor. There will be future updates to the Xbox 1's Dashboard to help improve it.

    Xbox live Gold Share / Epic games account PROBLEMS!

    If they are both using the same console, then this will be easy to sort out. With Son 1's account, log in and make the console the home Xbox. That will then allow Son 2 to use Son 1's Gold subscription at no extra cost. Instructions here

    You will need to link Son 2's account to a separate Epic account. You can only link one account to an Epic account.

    Both parties must set each others account as Home.

    For example party 1's xbox must have party 2's account as home. Party 2's xbox must have Party 1's account as home
