Help with windows 10 and xbox games

When doom eternal was first released I bought it, and now that I built my pc a while I cant seem to get doom eternal on the pc and I don't know what to do to fix the issue. Any help would be very appreciated.

Only a very small list of games found
here are cross digital purchases between Xbox One and PC.

Doom Eternal isn't part of that list. If you want to play the PC version you'll need to buy it separately.

If you have Windows 10 there actually is no need for the Windows Live app anymore. That app is to play games on Xbox Live if you had any of the earlier versions, like Windows 8.1 or Windows 8.

Windows 10 has the Xbox App programed into the operating system and that's how you link your computer with the Xbox Live Services. You just simply sign into your account there and the computer is now linked.

Does it not allow you to drag it from the top banner of the game bar? Pressing the Windows Key + G will bring up the Game Bar so believe pressing it again should hide the game bar.
