Discus and support Help with Visa cards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I requested and rewards points were taken for 3 of the 25 dollar Visa cards and only got one email with a code.     I requested and rewards points were taken for 3 of the 25 dollar Visa cards and only got one email with a code. Let me know if I am SoL please.

    Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

    Not sure how in 2016, you don't use debit or credit cards but that's just me.

    Anyway, could someone else confirm if using prepaid VISAs work or not? You could always go to gamestop or bestbuy, use your prepaid VISA card on a subscription xbox live card. That should work. Perhaps order a digital code on amazon with your prepaid VISA. I'm pretty sure they accept it.

    I was curious to know where was my visa gift card. I want my 10 Dollar Visa Gift Card, because it was past January 1st and I mean the whole week! and I still don't have my card! Can you please help?!

    We have reached out to our Vault team to investigate. Usually when one code out of multiple redemption's is received, there is an accidental typo in the Vault email registration form. Unfortunately, we cannot manipulate registered data in any way, so we
    must escalate to this team to investigate.

    Cannot access Payment options for my LIVE account.

    The card expires in 2014, and it is a VISA Credit Card, not a pre-paid card, so this didn't really help aside from the link. Anyone else?

    You're going to need some kind of credit card or something. But I always use prepaid cards. Like visa or master card and it always helps!
