Help with transferring Persona 5 royale's saves to the steam version of the game.

Based on the information I've gathered, saved data are almost never transferable between platforms Xbox and Steam, which includes separate stores on PCs.

However according to a user Tezzarrific: "a good few games saves can be transferred from gamepass to steam easily, some require a third party app to convert the saves, but yes can be done, i transferred a bunch a while ago as my main platform is steam, i also transferred saves between GOG, EA, Ubisoft and Battlenet. Epic hardly needed anything done as a lot of the games on epic are actually steam games."

For me, the PC version of Persona 5 Royal is not syncing with my Xbox Cloud save. Would love to know if tyhere is a way to fix this.

P.S. I don't use a phone, so I only have the PC and my Xbox Series S.

If the game is played on PC, it may be possible if you mess with WindowsApps Permissions, or find the save directory.

PCGamesWiki states that the Save Directory for the MS Store version of Persona 5 Royal is located in

[table][tr][td]%APPDATA%\SEGA\P5R\Microsoft\[/td][/tr][/table]
The save data should be in there somewhere, but I will reach back if I find anything.

However, it probably will not sync between devices.

Hello Diego, save is accessed through the app with your account logged into the PC, this may be some xbox app bug, try to check if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.
