Help with strange xbox message situation

Sorry, I just read your question again and there may have been a misunderstanding from my side. I'm not sure how or why there was a pre written message including country, but was it actually sent?

It unfortunately sounds like your account was compromised as you weren't the one who sent the message in question. Refer to the following support articles:

You should sign in to your account activity dashboard https://account.live.com/Activity and update your password if anyone has accessed your account. Also enable 2FA/2SV.

The only other way this could've happened was if someone you live with signed in to your account on your console and sent the message. I'd recommend setting up a passkey to prevent this.

Try plugging in your console normally, and as it's loading, press and hold Right Trigger and (Y). Keep them both held down, until the console fully boots up and you see a picture. This should reset the video settings to default.

If you are having no luck with that, try using composite cables and see if you get a picture, also try HDMI. If no dice, then there may be an issue with your Xbox's video connector/chip, and you should send your box in for repair before it gets worse.

Were you actually able to create an account with that name, or is it just saying you should be able to?

Because the system does not recognise things like spaces and capitalisation differentiating tags* so if you actually went and hit confirm it may suddenly realise there's a 'variation' of the tag preventing you from taking the one you want. If that makes
sense...

*To show what I mean, 13 = 13 = m a x e n 1 3 = 13

So for instance, because I have the first one, if you went and searched for one of the other three it may initially say that it does not exist or that it's an OK gamertag for you to have, but if you actually went and ahead and tried to make an account with
one of those names it would prevent you from doing so because it's effectively the 'same' as mine.

Well, I hadn't actually pressed "Claim it", because in case it does work, I wouldn't want the Tag tied to one of my dormant emails. Now I suppose that makes sense, but it just seems so odd since just yesterday the Tag was available, just as it was two days
ago.. and a week ago.. Y'know?

I knew that same tags with different spacing/capitalization were considered the same, but this is just strange.
