Help with reinstalling digital download game

I ordered a game off Argos and the game was asking me to verify the owner. I uninstalled the game, when I try to reinstall the game it won’t work and says game is owned but will not install. The game is Hogwarts leg DE for Xbox one & Xbox Xs compatible. When I go onto the store it says buy the game? I already own it?

There are multiple reports in regard to the same issue, however, we need to validate your license for the game still. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders then check the game edition that you purchased as well as the status if it's "completed" or "redeemed". Kindly let me know the edition that you have as well as the status.

I ordered the game off Argos & used the code on my boyfriends Xbox one.

I do not have an Xbox or Microsoft account.

It’s the Deluxe edition

yes,

you can reinstall offline games as well as online games (disc and digital) on a new console but you need to user your profile for digital downloads (reinstall) and for your savegames.

You gotta uninstall thegold games

Probably best to just reset

Then reinstall using the downloads

Digital downloads doesn't overwrite previous installs
