So i made a recent purchase on my microsoft account recently not knowing it was for xbox platform only, i thought it was for pc platform, i have not use it at all since i don't even own a xbox in the first place, May i please request a refund please i had
no idea. My mother is going to kill me for using her credit card please i request a refund.

i went into my microsoft account and got help through chat they were very helpful and gave me a one off refund of unautharised purchases told me to get in touch when refund is in my account so that they could remove my card from further purchases

Accounts can't be merge, if you deleted the Microsoft account linked to those purchases you will need to purchase again as all purchases are also deleted with the account

Then they ought to force my gamertag to change. If they aren't willing to let me pay that's crap. I'm not going to buy gold for another account. This has been my account for three years. I have a unused account to purchase things off xbox arcade, but
if microsoft doesn't help me it will be their fault that I am not purchasing content from them in the future. If they help me change my gamertag I will purchase gold.

Was the purchase made with his account or your account like you say here? If the purchase was made on your account then the Shark card would be attached to your account and not his.
