Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

"Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
> Sign in to your Microsoft account.
> Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

I never received an email like this, you received it from an officialm Xbox or Microsoft email address?

I asked my stepson to delete my email from his Xbox as me and his mum are divorcing. But he's done something where I now can't log in, receive or send emails. It says Account doesn't exist. Please help, I need to recover this

Was the email that was deleted a Microsoft email? I ask because per https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...nt/change-email-sign-in-for-microsoft-account

Warning When removing an email alias that’s connected to a Microsoft domain (such as @Outlook.com, @Live.com, or @Hotmail.com), that email is completely deleted from our systems and can’t be used to send or receive emails. It won’t be available for use again as an alias on another account. Microsoft doesn’t recycle email addresses, so it can’t be reclaimed at a future time.

You should also have received an email from Xbox Enforcement. Check the email associated with your Microsoft account, including the junk email folder. Otherwise, we in the forums cannot help with enforcement actions/resolutions, sorry.
