Help with Pyramid Solitaire Instructions

I have never been a fan of cards and am absolutely stuck trying to figure these out. I have one for Pyramid needing 3800 score but can only get 630. I read that the object is to grab cards adding up to 13, but cannot find anything beyond that to help with
it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Free Cell counter problem

Same problem. Tried to uninstall and re-install Solitaire. Didn't help but even Pyramid stopped counting wins and losses

Hola, he ganado medallas en Microsoft Solitaire Collection y el juego no me las da, por ejemplo ya pasé los 100 tableros en Pyramid y nada.

Hello, I have won medals in Microsoft Solitaire Collection and the game no gives them to me, such as the 100 boards Pyramid I spent and anything.

First try to play some easy pyramid games. So U can how it works. You only get better by playing. It is hard to teach through this chat. Google some on internet is my advice.

For example i found this after looking for pyramid instructions.

The game is begun by dealing 28 cards, face up, to the "tableau" in the form of a pyramid (or triangle). The remaining 24 cards form the "stock". The "waste" pile is initially empty. The layout will look something like this:

The object of the game is to remove all the cards from the stock, tableau, and waste. Cards are removed singly or in pairs that add up to 13, regardless of suit. Kings count as 13, Queens as 12, Jacks as 11, and all other cards as their face value
(Ace = 1).

These are the valid moves:

Only cards that are completely visible are available for play. The top card of the wastepile, if any, is also available for play. If the top card of the stock cannot be played, move it to the wastepile.

When all the stock cards have been played or moved to the wastepile, you can move all the cards from the waste back into the stock. In this way, you can go through the deck up to three times.

The game is won if you remove all the cards from the tableau, stock, and waste.

Strategy

At the start of a hand, examine the initial tableau closely. This will allow you to see any potential blocks, and either plan a strategy to deal with them, or to not even attempt the hand if it is obviously impossible. For example, if the top of
the pyramid is an ace, and all four queens are in the tableau below it, then the hand is clearly unwinnable.

Also, pay attention to matches between the top of the stock and the top of the waste. This is always an easy play, but it's not always a wise move.

Free Cell, Spider, TriPeaks, Pyramid and Klondike are all different forms of Solitaire. Solitaire is a term for probably hundreds of types of a card game for one player. For many people, Klondike is the first form they learned and likely what you think
is "Solitaire".

It sounds like it's the pyramid event on Solitaire collection. It's probably a technical error. They will be working on a fix for it.

Same problem - was playing pyramid 3 days ago - it froze, crashed the microsoft solitaire collection program. All other games work - no pyramid. Pyramid DOES work on the daily challenges, just not the standalone. WSReset doesn't work. deleting, reinstall
doesn't work.
