    Check your Online Privacy Settings .. click customize and look through there .. here is a link with steps on how to get to the Online Safety and Privacy Settings: support.xbox.com/.../online-safety

    If an adult (Parental) account is associated with your safety and privacy settings then you are unable to change those settings.

    How do i know, i have an adult account or child account? Because I registered on my own and i don't have a child or other family play this games (MINECRAFT), and i cannot find the menu privacy and online safety setting. After i'm login, the website is blink,
    but my name is not appear.. it still login button, but i when i try to click the button again it doesn't responding. Please help the issue

    Hiya one thing I would check is ur net type if it's not set to open loads of games don't port out on mutiplayer if ur still stuck come talk to me or the rest of the ambassadors also check ur own hub shield settings (firewall) if ur stuck were here to help

    The problem solve, I put another account with adult type in my family. So right now I can edit privacy and online safety setting. and after I finish, when I want to submit the change, the next problem appear.... error message show "An
    unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." Is always show after I click Submit button, even I wait for a moment. So, What I should do?

    I try with another account, and submit the privacy and online safety change, and its success without error message... I think my account had a problem... please help me
